The Process

  • Consultation

    We’ll discuss with you what kind of product you want to make. Once you’ve chosen, we’ll discuss the quote, production schedule, and deadline.

  • Design

    We’ll create a 3D model (depending on the complexity of the project). The model will allow you to see the object virtually and how we intend to make it before we get into the production process.

  • Approval

    Once you’ve approved the model, we’ll order the materials and submit the production drawings to our fabrication team.

  • Production

    The production process begins.

  • Completion

    Once the project is complete, we’ll get in touch with you for pick up, delivery, or installation of your fabricated product.

Our Capabilities Include

Working with clients to complete start to finish metal work scopes from structural, architectural, aluminium, stainless, and mild steel products, we can be a one stop shop so you don’t have to have several different welding companies on your site. Some of our current and past jobs will run for the duration of the build and we work with your schedule time lines so that the scopes of works can be locked in a year in advance. Using our automated online platform, it is easy for Platinum to ensure timelines are not missed.

Service Welding

Using Platinum’s knowledge and experience we have several fully equipped site vehicles which are constantly on the road. Our team of service welders work a range from high level sites including tier 1 buildings, unit complex, large scale commercial site to residential houses. Within this we do repairs on existing products to damaged metal to either make safe or amend issues.
